Only the “dosing nozzle” of the pump attachment was broken off. . I know the product well and it is great, as well as the affordable price. Since the price is otherwise right, I'll keep the shampoo and will probably have to get a new dosing attachment.

Really bad care! Bought the small size from my salon, and the big size from Amazon. The shampoo is very pleasant for my scalp, has a pleasant smell and does what it should. attention should also be paid to something like this when packing.

The best thing I've ever tried Pack crushed as if it had been put on top of a heavier package. This is annoying, of course. The disappointment is on shipping and packaging.

Better 1 extra day in shipping, but that it comes all intact. produced inside a package where there would have been 3 packs! I hope someone reads the reviews to improve the quality.
