These are the maximum legal strength for Over The Counter iron supplements. I Have No Stomach Pains And No Other Side Effects and I can feel that my energy levels are definitely better. Taking iron supplements may cause the following side effects:constipation, diarrhea;nausea, vomiting, heartburn;stomach pain, upset stomach;black or dark-colored stools or urine;temporary staining of the teeth;headache; or. If you think you may have a serious iron deficiency ( ie losing hair!

So I am very excited to hear of a kinder iron supplement and have started taking these- so far so good, no cramps or nausea, which I normally get pretty much straight away -so I am hopeful, but it is early days so I will update my review. The tablets come in 3 blister strips of 10 and I find it a good idea to pop one of these into my handbag to carry with me in case I forget to take it that morning.
