I will update my review as to the pills claims to help with the over 50s after it's had a few weeks to take effect I've had hard too swallow pills purchased from Amazon before and made sure I reviewed as such and this isn't a difficult pill to swallow.
It is not a miniature pill as it's the size of my small finger nail and coated with an easy swallow coating. This is not a full review with respect to how this pill is affecting me as an over 50 year old, instead it's a need to put a review comment stating contrary to others that I read before I purchased that stated it was a huge difficult pill to swallow.
