I got the hardcover version and physically, it is a very nice book. Would make a great book for the people pleaser in your life.

Will definitely be passing this book on to others as well And the why we do certain things…even when we want to say no. My copy didn’t come wrapped in plastic so the dust cover was quite dirty out of package. Helps you understand yourself and where the people pleaser in you developed from.
