For most home projects these are fine. (had to slide back boot "click" slide boot back on) The kit comes with everything you need to make your repairs on network cable or phone lines.

Supplier was very prompt in sending me a replacement circuit tester. It is a good idea and works fine once mastered. I also need to terminate the cable to the wall jack and the yellow tool was needed.

I have requested a replacement from the company. This is a great tool kit for the price and I got everything I needed to set up ethernet cables around my house. I bought the crimping tool kit to have a complete set of items I need for a fairly large Cat6a wiring job. It was great to have everything in one package.

The strain relief covers (or socks as I call them) fit nicely over normal Cat5/6 wiring 26 gauge but do not fit over 23 gauge wire that is rated for plenum use. This crimping tool was very easy to use.

A minor issue but for large industrial jobs, you will need larger "socks". Will update when the problem is resolved. I had replaced an Ethernet connector w/broken clip. It worked fine at first but now has developed a problem.
