Think Big is so full of wisdom that I often found myself having to pause and reflect. As I start new chapters in my own life, I know I will be reaching for this book over and over again. Dr Lordan does an incredible job of providing practical advice and exercises while explaining the underpinning behavioural science. Really interesting to have behavioral science insights applied in this way.

, "re-stacking the odds" in my favour, "auditing" my time, and using the "compromise effect" to set different versions of managing the same workload depending on how tired or stressed I feel. g. Amazing book!

Buy it, read it and use it. For now, I have annotated those behavioural insights that I was most excited to apply to my everyday life, e. Couldn’t recommend this enough. This book is a must-read for anyone embarking on a new career path or planning their next big move.
It has totally changed my view on what is achievable! Think Big will make you laugh, present you with hard-hitting realities of your life and challenge your ways of thinking, all while counselling you like a friend and advising you like a mentor. I promise you won't regret it!
All the core ideas presented in this book are backed by decades of evidence but there is something undeniable about the way Grace delivers them that makes them feel novel, personal, and highly motivating.
