The first time i did it correctly i didn't feel magically better but i did see a big improvement over the next few days . I have suffered for years with nasal issues and recently had surgery to correct the problems (hopefully once and for all!

And I like that a new bottle is included in every box which is essential for hygiene reasons. Much easier to use than I expected.

. The seller needs to change the picture :-) I am not going to lie the first few times of using this were very unpleasant . Will be using this everyday until symptoms improve more but its being instant relief for someone who has being suffering years of sinus pain.

Sinus saver. Absolute life saver, I have this unusual problem that I only know one other person with it.

I sometimes found an hour or so after that water was dripping out of one side but again this wasn't anything major and to me a sign that things were working as they should. I've given low marks for "flavour" as it is a concentrated saline solution and not exactly tasty! My nasal passage definitely feels clearer. Even now though i still find it unpleasant but i think over time i will hopefully get used to it because it has made a big difference .
