After you have played the basic game, you can unlock more scoring options on the tiles to add surprising depth: 4 player games use Waypoints to prevent alpha players directly instructing their partner. Completed areas score a point per tile; land areas for Land, sea areas for Sea. The challenging 3 player mode uses all of the additional scoring options in a more asymmetric game. Land places tiles trying to complete land areas, and Sea places tiles trying to complete sea areas. The strategy of the game involves careful tile placement to score from as many land or sea areas as possible, while minimising your rivals’ opportunities to score from the tiles you play. Some tiles score bonus points for whoever completes the area they are in. Rapid Rumble is the fastest, funniest and cleverest category game!

She forgot about her phone for 2 hours ! A lot of fun and easy to play. The contents of the game include 120 Category Cards, 100 Letter Cards, 1 Wooden Dice, 1 Sand Timer & Instruction Manual. We love games in our house and we can all be found often on a lazy Sunday afternoon playing all manner of board games.

Great game, can be played almost everywhere as not much space is required. This Skillmatics game - Rapid Rumble arrived boxed. Everything comes in it’s own slot in the box, but the cards are left to float around under the cut out cover, so I suggest that if the paper sleeves break after time, then contain them using an elastic band.

No smartphone required. We played with 3 adults (2 to 5 could play), some categories were very easy, but some would be challenging for younger kids.
