The paste is smooth and creamy, a little but more like a gel. If you’re not familiar with hydroxyapatite toothpastes then you may be surprised by the texture.

Through some research, I discovered hydroxyapatite. A hack is to squeeze a little the beginning of the tube, to somewhat `push` the flow, but the first uses are still going to be messy. I just wish the brand would sell on Amazon without the roller, if you keep buying this toothpaste you just end-up with tons of them.

5oz is a lot for around $10 though so I am a happy customer! One of the problems I faced in finding a quality toothpaste without fluoride… is that most contained other harmful ingredients (even though they were marketed as all natural). I love the flavor, ingredients, and non-plastic packaging! I don't remember the source of the referral, but I ended buying two David's 5.
