The elastic strap behind the neck connects the shoulders keeping the sleeves in place. This sleeve extends around the thumb to anchor the sleeve. around $10 for the two pack. Only tried them on for a few minutes, and they seem okay. The sleeve material is like thick tights so I am careful not to cause tears when putting them on.

Will update after I get some use out of them. Love them. In other words, sometimes you buy inexpensive items on here and it seems like a great value. Definitely have a noticeable cooling effect when there's a breeze.

Amazing! I drive all day long so my arms get Lots of sun damage all the time so I got these prevent that from happening and they are working great they are snug tight and definitely not drooping and I really like go on your thumb really nice And I got two pairs so that’s really nice bottom line I definitely recommend it But I contacted the seller through amazon messaging and they sent replacements out immediately. Helps protect my arms from friction burn on my desk and keeps my arm cool in scenarios.

I bought them mainly for UV protection when I'm driving, and I like that I still can use my fingers like normal. I have a feeling the thumb hole area will fray pretty quickly as it seems like an unfinished edge.
