Completely tasteless to me and was really easy to swallow - the tablets are tiny. I don't feel as tired as usual and I was having major issues with my scalp and hair thinning which is clear already last week it was horrendous and this week almost clear. Recommended I am anemic and these vitamins have done wonders in reducing fatigue during certain phases of my cycle and have given me a noticeable burst of energy, also happy that B12 Very pleased with the level of quality of the vitamins and the benefits I am experiencing after only a short time.
