Then you apply this product on all over and fan it dry without closing your lips/mouth. Its nice it does its supoised to do but thebonly thing is that the brush tends to dry while applying it. Then put the lipstick of your choice and do the tissue thing again.

The only time that it came off a bit was when I was eating ice cream but it was because it was on a stick and not eating with a spoon. I put my lipstick on in the morning and it will stay through to the evening.

It's working so we'll, especially over colourpop ultra satin and tarte! . It does have a bad smell but is sooo worth it. You first have to put concealer with a beauty blender or brush, then grab a tissue and put your lips over it and smack to take off the excess amount.
