My friands come out easily every time. Be aware if you find heavy trays a problem then this isn't for youPleased with quality, although I feel its a little priceyObviously you can bake Friands in a normal muffin tin so this is just for the shapeI googled Friand recipes and used a basic recipe that you can add flavours, berries etcQuick delivery, would recommend For anyone making friands for the first time, the mix is rather strange, more a batter than a traditional cake mix, but keep going as it makes 12 deliciously light cakes.

It is wonderfully sturdy and my blueberry/raspberry friands with lemon came out perfectly the first time. Recommend for friands but also muffins or quiches. Heavy, quality friand tin. I would recommend Masterclass mould/trays as long as you can manage their weight.

Very solid and expensive looking pan. Masterclass friand trays immediately look and feel well made and professional.

Worth spending the extra for this quality. I'm looking forward to making many more batches of these special French cakes; off I go to find more recipes! They are heavy trays so if this is an issue I would recommend using the silicone mould versions.
