Are you looking for a decorative wax to transform your painting project to another to another dimension?
These gorgeous waxes are buttery smooth and an absolute pleasure to work with enabling you to create subtle and stunning decorative effects with absolute ease. WoodWax 22, Microcrystalline Wax, Finishing Oil or Hard Wax Oil are ideal for this and will lock the wax in place whilst keeping it clean and bright. Whilst Liming Wax is a wax (obviously! Finish with a coat of clear wax, such as Fiddes Supreme Light, which will protect the surface and enhance the sheen. In preparation, ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from any previous finishes. Work the liming wax into the grain with an ultra fine steel wool (grade 0000) or a lint-free cloth then wipe over with a clean cloth to remove any excess wax and allow to dry for 3 minutes. - Wipe away any excess
- Apply sparingly with a brush or lint free cloth
- Leave for 3-5 mins and buff with a clean lint free cloth

Easy to use and rub into the wood. Brilliant product Nice smooth wax it really smells so I did take my item outside to wax.

Love the way the natural wood once stripped came out with the lime wax. Will buy again I really liked the texture and ease of use. The furniture in the photos were sanded before applying the wax.

A little goes a long way. I gave it a couple of coats and it has left the wood smooth and with a lovely water proof finish. I didn’t find the smell too overpowering but still applied this in a really well ventilated space. I barely used any wax on the coffee table so I have plenty left.

You need to make sure you use it sparingly and blend to avoid chunks of white bits, but I barely used much for a large coffee table. This liming wax was easy to use, apply with a soft lint free cloth leave for a while and then buff.
