Several years ago, I used Kerydin & Jublia from my dermatologist. I now take my omeprazole every other day. I take first thing in the morning and now am not taking other antacids. I know the photo is gross but it got your attention.

I know it's not just the essential oil alone because I've used Frankincense (and many many others before, tea tree, rosemary, etc. I take 1 packet in 8 oz of water on an empty stomach once a day. I've been taking it for about 1-1/2 months. It mixes well with water & has no taste.

I will continue to wean myself off of omeprazole as I know it is not good for me. ) As a matter of fact I've tried almost everything, prescription, over the counter, home remedies (Vicks, vinegar, etc. I purchased this for acid reflux. They are the best I've found & reasonable).
