Some great extra features are: (i) the ability to set the duration of the light, (ii) being able to set daylight saving mode, and (iii) the top left dial which will always show the home time (useful to compare against other time zones or if you're using stopwatch / countdown timer modes). Haven't tested if it's waterproof as I'm not a diver and this isn't a g shock so l won't be doing anything that will test how resistant to water or anything else it is.

The watch is light, comfortable on my tiny wrist and - love 'em or loathe 'em - these Casio pressed out bracelets are incredibly easy to size. I love the retro look and feel, reminds me of digital watches I had growing up in the 80’s. Comfy to wear after l took it to a jeweler to get some links taken out of the bracelet.

(iv) Countdown timer mode: You can set your countdown timer by holding down the top right button. The quality of the LCD stands very close scrutiny and in this respect, you'd struggle to find better.

I've seen some comments about the manual that it comes with is not helpful or not clear. I've had this watch since 10 January and I must say I am very happy with it.

The negatives: the plastic buckle on the strap (I changed the strap), complicated way of setting the time and time zones (check YouTube, a few very useful videos, ChromeFD's video worked best for me). Take care, stay safe,JayeBee

The media could not be loaded. It looks better in real life, with the light sparkly finish of the case, a nice subtle detail that gives it a richer look. (iii) Alarm mode: You can set 5 alarms - the 6th choice in this mode allows you to turn the 'hourly beep' on or off (indicated by the 'SIG' at the top right of the watch face showing or not. If you hold the top left and top right buttons at the same time, you will set the selected city as your 'Home time'.
