I love the fact it’s clearly labelled and has not got sugar or sweetened unlike another brand I’ve recently tried. Twice the amount of servings, and a quarter of the price of Athletic Greens made it a no trainer. is quite pointless if I'm being honest but overall will deffo be purchasing again

Before I was always feeling sleepy and drowsy. 5 grams a day is the recommended dosage. UPDATE:I’ve been using this for a few days now and have noticed a massive improvement in my mood.

Great product and not that bad tasting I mix mine with juice. Brilliant value for money and will definitely order again. I was weary buying this product at first because of the reviews saying they received the product opened. As both me and my wife take a drink every morning our morning greens habit was getting a little to expensive.

Give it a couple of weeks and say goodbye to energy lags and hello to better sleep! I’ve been using it in smoothies and water and the flavour is not bad (unlike spirulina itself which I can’t stomach).

The inulin in this product is great to reduce diabetes but I’m using this product to help with sinuses as another reviewer said it helped with theirs. I did notice alot of the reviews about the taste being quite bad so I squeezed half a lemon into it and tastes absolutely fine no funny after taste for me and product arrived in great condition sealed and glad that it wasn't a half filled tub. The product came quickly and sealed.
I’ll hopefully update this with results of consistent usage. I’ve coupled the use of this powder with a daily 30 min walk and drinking 1. It has a great composition of health and energy boosting nutrients and is great value for money. Other people who have reviewed this said to drink this with orange juice so I will try that.
