I've tracked the values of my breakfast once (see 2nd picture) Keeps you full for a long time and you think the protein requirement is easy. . They taste great and they're great macros.

Vegetable milk and chia seeds in the fridge overnight and the next day I add these puffed soy balls with fruit and it's super good! Drop your cereal full of sugars. The protein content is great! It is ideal for increasing the proportion of protein in your day.

The bag contains 1kg, I use 40g per serving I top it with a little chunky flavor fuge brownie, some oatmeal, a piece of fruit or nuts, or even normal sweet cornflakes. My favorite breakfast right now. Comments that say it's not sweet at all and therefore not good, don't be fooled by it.
