I absolutely despise head lice like every other parent and have been using this every night, we originally treated the head and combed out the lice and eggs with conditioner night after night and I was confident we had eradicated the pests but then I ordered this as I don’t ever want to go through this again. I will continue with this every evening until I’m satisfied it’s completely clear and then use it every other night as a precaution to avoid any future visitors tanking up residence in my child’s hair…You basically slowly run the comb through the hair and if it finds any lice it will alert you, clean the comb with the little brush provided and go again.

highly recommend! it definitely catches live lice and on the first night I caught about 6! ! Second night 2 and tonight only one in the picture attached which I believe going by the size has likely just hatched.

I don’t often write reviews but had to write about this little gadget. .
