While this doesn't affect the operating of the chair it is a bit unsightly and not what you want when spending £130 on a new chair. Pictures and instructions which seems to be a luxury in this day and age.

Arrived pretty quickly and had really easy to follow instructions to put together. I would highly recommend this chair. I actually never write Amazon reviews but when I got the chair I knew I had to because there would be others out there trying to find a good gaming chair. This chair was good with everything initially for the first few months, now the arm rests seem to be very low quality as they are both tearing on the inside as seen in photos.

They are bare plastic. I went to unzip the back cushion to see about replacing the foam for something a little softer and the zip immediately split as soon as I touched it so the quality there isn't great. Apart from that OK I guess.

Feels a lot more supportive which is great as I use the desk for work & gaming The chair arrived quickly from amazon and happily there were no parts mising or damaged. Major downside is the cushions.

This is defo the best chair it's sooo comfy and worth every penny! I find the chair very comfortable and the ability to reposition or remove the lumber and head cushions is a nice feature.

I will never settle again for crappy office chairs lol. The instructions are very clear and it only took me about half an hour to assemble it.

All of the functions including arm lift, tilt, rocking etc feel sturdy. Took about an hour and a half from box opening to build complete. Initial impressions were good, the individual parts are well constructed and the item was well packaged.
