I was in need of a whey product (I needed the added protein) and though there were several other whey products, including Shakeology, in my home, I didn’t like them as the amount of carbs was too high. Here’s how Legion Athletics Whey+ stacks up to Shakeology’s Whey Blend at the macro nutrient level. You would be surprised at how many companies do this! A leveled scoop still comes in at 34g (see pic attached - and yes, I tare the weight of the scoop itself). 5-6 times a week, and intermittent fast (8pm-12:30pm) one meal (dinner 1500-2000 calories) in addition to using the Legion supplements.

Overall, it is a fantastic product, and would recommended it as an addition to a well balanced nutrition regimen. I always have the inevitable small chunks floating around but I try to just chug the shake and move on my day.
