No BS, no woke politics, it simply didn’t need it and they were all a team and you could see it, there was no display of identity just they were all equal and there for a reason. I love it isn’t words enough to say how much I love this film 🖤❤️🖤❤️🖤 The original Top Gun is held in such high regard with film buffs & aviation fans alike Top Gun Maverick had big boots to fill so to speak but it has more than delivered here….

This had me screaming whoa or WOW, but also clutching my mouth with my heart pounding ready to burst out of my chest and fist punching the air. Top Gun Maverick is a great film & even more enjoyable if you like aviation it is not only a better film than the original the flying sequences are visually stunning too which were all done for real with the exception of the Darkstar & SU-57 6th Generation fighter sequences & things like that that are CGI for obvious reasons.

All that’s left to say is THIS… THIS OS WHERE FILMS SHOULD BE NOW, and MASSIVE THANK YOU for making this happen. The acting and directing was superb merging old with the new and it was seamless. The movie is simply the one you would take to the desert island (with a dvd play of course) if that was the only thing you could take.

The nostalgia, true to a continuation film, lack of woke politics and nods to some incredible film making, acting old and new. This is by far the best film I’ve seen since the Mateix trilogy and Fast and Furious 7 & 8. I never thought any film/movie could take over topgun as the no1 film of all time but I believe this sits right next to it, loud, proud and successful. All in all this is a really fun film to watch & is for me by far the best film in 2022.
