Equally enlightening and worrying, very readable- thought it might be too technical or academically tedious - for anyone interested inertial health an essential read. a great read all about how drug companies influence science and dr's etc, and how that shapes own idea of suffering that is mainly cultural and how this is infecting the globe much to the delight of drug companies that seek to drug every aspect of our lives with promises of chemical imbalances fixed and cure, but really zombies unable to cope in the world, jame Davies has dug deep and found a lot of painful truths that need to be spoken to people , and the answer to mental health is nutrition, which Kelly brogan md and Leslie Korn know all about and can fix people up better than any drug every could, we all been lied too.

James has uncovered the evidence in a subject that most of us have been unsuccessfully screaming about for many years. It is wishful thinking to hope that this alone will change the medicalisation of people suffering from emotional distress. It is shocking, disturbing but in no way surprising.

Exceptionally well written, tailored for everyone who has an interest in Mental Health and concerns about the 'toxic culture' in which the UK has become. everymindmatters. But what is does do is give people suffering emotional distress an opportunity to make an informed choice. www.
