I have no problems recommending this book to anyone who feels they need a pick me up. Everything about this beautifully written book has helped me to feel grounded, the photos, the words and even the way it feels when you're holding it is soothing.

I’m sure this will be re read by me many times. From the actual book itself which is a hardback, it’s a good size with a sort of embossed cover, very tactile. If nature is your happy place or you are craving more of it then this book is definitely for you and if you're feeling list and don't know where to start then I can recommend this for you too.

I’ve always felt relaxed and content when I’m around nature and so when I saw this book I knew it was something I’d should read. Well done all involved!

Just flicking through there are so many beautiful pictures to look at, the writing is clear and easy to read, although I’ve noticed in this book and with others there’s a tendency to use not just black ink but a grey colour too, I seem to struggle with a paler ink shade black always seems bolder, but that’s a personal gripe. At the moment in my life probably like many others I’m feeling out of sorts, not truly happy and a little lost.
