The Bible itself is hardbound and is elegant. The titles are centered & gold in color. I purchased the green hardcover edition, and it is absolutely stunning.

It's a little bigger and heavier than I thought, but I'm okay with that. It is laid out beautifully with great artwork for quotes and book markers (as you can see in other reviewer's photos). I loved the quality of this bible, it's beautiful.

I would ask Amazon to be more careful with the deliveries of these products, since although they are not fragile, they do get damaged. Absolutely beautiful book.
