I love this product! FINAL UPDATE: It’s been over a year and this product is a staple in my husbands life. only thing is, you need to try and use it on a tray or surface where you can collect some leftovers" because you can loose some " herbs" in the process. easy to use, fills up cones super lovely.

They sent me a new one the very next day, so we’re still on track for Christmas morning. UPDATE: customer service was great! He used to take forever getting out the door due to hand rolling joints, now when he says he has “one more thing to do before we leave.

it needs like a hashish collector as seen in grinders. So much easier than rolling manually ! Im super frustrated because this is a Christmas gift for my husband and I doubt I would have enough time to exchange or return it. I just hope it lasts.
