Since writing this review I have contacted Brabantia directly and they immediately sent out a replacement line kit that was easy to use. I decided to put another guideline on it, as Raccoons tend to try and climb it in the night to get at the suet, which they can't open, as I fixed them with a clip that they can't undo "yet! Everything u need to install, including tube to put in the ground, Makes it easy to take down. March 7, 2022 perfect as the first day.

Edited August 6th, 2023I decided to add another picture to let you know that I did finally remove the clothesline, (its not allowed where I live) so now it look like a "ChimeRack/SuetRack", which is allowed! If you have a ‘normal’ lawn it will be much easier.
