Types of things you can use from lubes, lotions, and more even DIY items. It's a pretty decent book overall and is worth a read. It gives helpful tips and suggestions to get started. It has chapters on "hot spots" or erogenous zones which are parts of the body that are sensitive to sexual stimuli.
For each position mentioned there is a difficulty level, who would like it and description of how to do it. There a techniques the author talks about to give you something to work off of if you need some creative help. There are descriptionsome of each type of thing and some even have details and pictures to help you get a better picture. It starts off with a bit of information about the author, a history of things, some tips about getting what you want from the actions you choose our your partner chooses to make and more.
I like that the author is big on asking for consent whether it be for an action or saying something. Each chapter also has some feedback from people that the author has surveyed about the topic of the chapter.
There's a chapter on what to do which focuses on senses to get things in the right mood. This kindle edition ebook is very detailed in sensual and romantic gestures.
