About this deal
The result is a bright white, spunbonded sheet which combines a good printing surface with high opacity, chemical resistance, and toughness. Tyvek® is formed first by spinning continuous strands of very fine interconnected fibres, and then bonding them together with heat and pressure. Tyvek provides an excellent alternative to acid-free storage boxes and, from the roll, can be made by you into any type of cover you require. Whilst it is easy to consider storage for antique pieces, do remember that your own modern work may well be prized by descendants and others - even if you do not think so! Pests, damp, dust and light are all enemies of textiles. Tyvek® has no grain direction, is corona treated on both sides to improve ink adhesion and is coated with an antistatic agent to facilitate converting. Action should be taken at the first sign of any pest and our range of traps and Constrain Spray will enable you to eliminate the danger.
