Last year I made my first 3d printer purchase. I purchased and installed the silent board upgrade which definitely improved in this area.

20mm calibration cube was less then 0. But once I did all my prints have turned out great.

Very happy about the support quickness and their email instructions weren't too hard to follow. Over the past year I heavily upgraded the ender 3 and I love it. Almost pulled the trigger on that but I saw some major flaws in it that reviewers didn't like. Some of my test prints include a bridging test.
