He left Emma and her mother years ago and has since disappeared from their lives. She was eleven when he left her mother and her. However, I would have liked that sometimes people would simply speak more instead of just running away.

Fortunately, none of that was the case with Dunbridge Academy. Love this book! Henry and Emma are so sweet together and I was really happy when they finally got together, but I also really liked the time before that and you could really feel the crackling between the two of them so I could barely put the book away.

I laughed with them and I even cried. And yet the author managed to ensure that the connections were all not quite as predictable in the end and I stayed on the ball until the end. There has been a big secret about him and her teacher for a long time, which in retrospect I found a bit too flat and too much exaggerated. I really liked both characters.

Oh I don't even know what to say. Those who have been following me for a while now know how difficult it is for me to use the YA and NA genre. I felt like I was in the midnight parties or the morning run in the rain. I read a lot, I love teen novels and I've also come across the topic several times, but no book has made me read it before and start over again the next day.

The story about Emma and Henry is very pleasant and with less drama than I expected. Emma is spending an exchange year there because she wants to search for her father, who is currently supposed to live in Scotland. And the writing style made me feel like I was there and I was able to imagine everything very visually.
