About this deal

Carry Information

Crafted to be a dependable, multi-functioning option, the Kestrel 48 Backpack Pro is perfect for any outdoorsman's adventures, prepared to take on even the toughest terrain. It features Osprey's LightWire frame and harness system similar to their larger packs which transports basically anything you could fit in 48 litres with ease. With basically all the features of a large rucksack shrunken down, the Osprey Kestrel is a super comfy and robust large daypack for when you have to carry a bit of extra gear like ropes or camera equipment.   It wouldn't be an Osprey without adjustable torso lengths to help you dial in your perfect fit and an AirScape backpanel to provide ventilation, whether you're working hard or hardly working. For light weekends or big days out, the 48-liter Kestrel is a rucksack style pack made to haul heavy gear through challenging environments. The integrated raincover can be deployed at the first sign of precipitation, Stow-on-the-Go trekking pole carry allows you to stash your poles when bushwhacking or scrambling, and side-zip main compartment access means you don't have to dump everything on the trail to grab what you accidentally packed in the bottom of your pack. 1 kg and dimensions of 79H x 40W x 30D cm. Side elastic pockets are easier to access than the talon when packed. Love the daisy chain attachments since when the pack is compressed down its impossible to add or remove a rain jacket in the front shove-it pocket. Built in (bright green) rain cover is a nice addition also(see 2nd picture). Was going to buy another for a family member on Amazon but it turned out to be too much for what they needed.

Perfect for a 4-day backpack trip in White Mountains. Well I got this pack after allot of research and comparing it to the Rook 50 but ultimately picked this one. Etc.
