- Tilt the head sideways with the affected ear uppermost; place 3-4 drops into the ear
- You suffer from dizziness
- There is anything else wrong with your ear (such as pain, swelling, discharge, infection or tinnitus)
- Never insert any sharp or solid object into the ear
- You have had your ear syringed in the last 2 to 3 days, or tried to remove ear wax with your fingernails, cotton buds or other implements, as this could make it painful to use the ear drops
- Use the drop twice a day for up to seven days
- Keep the head tilted down for a few minutes so that the liquid will spread and settle into the ear then plug the ear loosely with cotton wool
- The dropper is broken or damaged
- Your ear drum is (or has been) damaged
- Avoid touching the ear with the dropper tip

The image is very clear. ) And when I used the bulb pipette I got some bits out in the sink (although nothing big)Will use for another day or two to clear out any remnants, but my ear is a lot better now. I put a few drops of this in, I could hear it fizzing and bubbling- this means it’s getting into the wax and breaking it up. It took 3 attempts over 2 days with a syringe full of warm water jetting the inside of my ear after the drops and oh my god, I can hear again!

Doctors didn’t listen when I said it was blocked and didn’t refer her. Simply wipe it off using cotton buds on the outer ear canals.

This time my ears popped (what a feeling! It was out in about 4 minutes from using! I heard the fizzing and after 15 mins wages my ears out with the bulb pipette. I tried the other ear even though it was okay and nothing came out.
