East to assemble and my daughter is obsessed with it! Plays with it for hours everyday. We bought this for our 20 month old daughter for Christmas. It’s durable and sturdy.

The front has pots to place crayons, pencils etc and it comes with a roll of paper with can be pulled through for your little one to create some art! Worth every penny. It’s also good to clean as often wood products the paint wears while cleaning.

Underneath is the Peppa pig house layout with is perfect for your little one to play with the Peppa figures (sold separately) I thought this was great as if your little one is too small for the figures you could buy the wooden figures instead. Plus it has a little peppa play house on the bottom!

The back has a chalkboard. We love it! She absolutely loves it! I highly recommend.
