After taking for a few days can’t say feel any better or less tired at night than before taking these. I like the fact they come in a glass bottle.

These tablets are very large , smell of faint chocolate orange and taste pretty naff to be honest but they do say things that are good for you taste not so good so maybe this is why. The heavy colds used to have almost monthly have reduced drastically since following Doctors advice and using multi vitamins.

Well packaged. Here we have 30 multi vitamin tablets. I did not feel any side effects either. Do job well.

They are quite large capsules but aren't hard to swallow. Good value as lasts for 3 months as only one needed daily. Which is a bit odd but can understand if that helps some.
