Good adhesion to the skin. Sure there may be a placebo effect and that is good enough, so I did buy to test it and the quality/build of the product is good, even though I there is no final evidence at this point.
Straightforward
It easily last twice as long in place even through a bath! This helps it stick properly and you don’t scream when you pull it off a few days later. I just wear them on the day of training or from the night before and take them off after activity. By the time the initial 4 week regimen was up, I had already tried 2 other KT tapes (for sensitive skin, and PRO) and liked KT PRO tapes so much that I decided to continue using them in my marathon training.

If used according to instructions included in the package, provides excellent support and allows for good muscle movement by lifting the skin. Knee.

I have been using them for shoulder, rib, ab, hip, hamstring, side of leg (peroneus longus), ankle, and foot, sometimes all at the same time. Other versions I've used have been a lot cheaper but come in one long roll which means faffing about with scissors.

I have many gym- and work-based injuries; I was particularly interested to see how it would help my very painful knees and my tennis elbow. Essentially, this is a very thin and stretchy rubbery plastic tape that protects muscles by reinforcing correct movement and safeguarding against further strains by using the elastic properties when applied to the skin.

Don’t be put off everyone. Oh and don’t touch the sticky area as it won’t last as long. Finding out how to apply the tape was simply a matter of going to the manufacturer's website and looking up the injury.
