They minimise noise, but don't cancel it completely. My husband's snoring no longer bothers me! What I absolutely love and found so clever is the choice of material used as they are so gentle on the ear and this means alot for me as I usually sleep on my side. I sleep better with these in.

I use them at night as I have a partner who breathes very loudly. They come in a nice carrying case with a mirror, this will keep them clean and safe it’s a shame you can only get a large and small ear plug together and not able to order either two small or two large as the large isn’t no good to me as it too big for my ears, so will sit in the case and never be used what a shame. Feedback to the manufacturer: revise the box design so it makes sense in English and uses the right icon.

I still can hear almost everything, but like from the distance. I discarded the smaller, which felt a waste, but I don't see an alternative to accommodating different lug sizes. I have headphones with the same ear-in system. These ear plugs come in two sizes, the larger ones are too big for my ears, The smaller ones fit perfectly and feel comfortable.

So If I using them a few hours, earplugs sometimes feel a bit uncomfortable. Still able to hear the alarm-clock.

If you've a larger head or a softer pillow you might not run into this, but I sleep on my back now when wearing these. Great packaging with a nice retail box and case for bedside storage. My first earplugs.

After reading some reviews, where customers had problems with the ear plugs I was put off but was recommend by a nurse at the hospital after my silicone ear plugs came apart and got stuck in my ear which was very uncomfortable having it removed. I don't have really noisy background at night, so they help me.

Packaging is really nice and you get 2 pairs assorted size. These sit flat to the ear so are designed for side-sleeping, but I personally find after many hours on the side they did cause discomfort, sometimes needing ro remove during the night.
