I use both baskets 80% of the time. So much easier to keep clean and love the dual baskets. It’s so easy. I own the one basket Ninja already, but immediately saw the issue of preparing different courses of meats and veggies.

it does a great job cooking (drying) the food I've tried do far, easy to clean, easy to operate and looks very well, very good quality (just one comment on the side labels, those were not sticked properly so created bubbles) but besides that I'm so happy with its perfomance. If you just want to make a lot of one thing (lots of chicken), the 2 baskets combine to 8 qt and there is a quick setting to copy the cooks settings to both baskets.

I mean, this device doesn't have a sense detector that says, hey there's no basket, let's not turn on. An added bonus for me is that it's super easy to clean!

Don’t need special cook pans but there is an available broil rack option that raises the food closer to the heating element. This is the best new kitchen appliance I’ve purchased in a very long time.

When I use both baskets, I use the smart finish feature about 75% of the time. I love this unit so much that I've found myself not even using the stove or oven but once or twice a week now. The 8qt baskets have plenty of room and are very easy to clean with a simple rinse and wipe.
