A slight improvement in energy levels when training, but this could be attributed to a general feeling of well-being. For £7. 5 months if you don't need the big dosage this includes, which is partly what i'm doing right now as I have been changing my diet to include more vitamins and minerals anyway. Easy to swallow supplement.

99, it's amazing and you can even stretch it to 7 months if you only take 1 if you need a smaller dosage. 0 – I will try to update this review at the end of the current course but for now I am happy with the results. So make of this review as you wish.

I got these for my son he says the capsules look quite large but he hasn't had any problems swallowing them. I hadn't noticed much difference when taking it initially but did notice a difference with my libido being higher than usual which is a big plus. The ingredients looked good, with the daily Nutrient Reference Value (NRV) amounts calculated for such nutrients as zinc which can help maintain blood levels for testosterone and magnesium to boost those levels, along with several vitamins to help raise libido and energy.
