Moreover, the test is on the surface of the fluid reservoir, that point of moisture percentage is much higher than that near wheels, we know the fluid boiling point is much higher than water, when fluid getting high temperature, water was already evaporated. Works & was delivered as described. See picture with the small rubber band around the tester & its battery cover.

It would be interesting to see that test rerun, with de-ionized water used to clean the probes, in lieu of the ionized water. Before immersing the tester, I switched the tester ON and verified that its green battery check light illuminated.
