The media could not be loaded. The bottle that holds the solution is very small, I ran out halfway into cleaning the ottoman. I love the Hoover PowerDash GO because it is so compact but SO POWERFUL for cleaning up messes from my petting zoo & just life in general! Cleaning is the LAST thing I want to do, but with a house full of dogs, cats AND a baby on the way, staying on top of the day-to-day messes is so important!

BEST SMALL SHAMPOOER IVE EVER BOUGHT! I was hesitant using the solution on my couch, since it's like a velvet/suede material, but the solution did nothing bad to it! No, seriously.

Since it so small there's no spot for clean water, only cleaning solution. No more smell. However since I only wanted to spot clean I did dilute the cleaning solution, I didn't need to do a deep clean.

I had to fill up the solution tank about 3 times and I didn't even clean my entire couch. My husband and I are truck drivers, along with our dog. Such an awesome thing to have around! Also I noticed that a lot of reviews say that it leaks out of the bottom.

ORDER A HUGE BOTTLE ALONG WITH THIS ORDER! my recommendation would be NOT to store it where the hose bends. This took out most of the stain.

The sample bottle it comes with is enough to fill up the little solution tank 1 time. Also a few people have said that there's a part of the hose that broke because of the way they stored it.

BONUS: It's so lightweight and compact that it makes me WANT to clean! my husband assures me this is for the best LOL! ) messes which is FABULOUS! My couch felt slightly damp once I was done but it only took a couple hours to completely dry.
