My issue is with Amazon as everything they send these packs in the smallest package possible which compacts them. Will see how the pockets work, and if the "boss" accepts them with the meds. They can still be used but being somewhat greasy, they're a bit messy. My pup HATES taking her daily pill.

I have 2 doggies, one being younger and other a senior. we tried the peanut butter version of these but to be honest these seemed better for us with our own peamutt butter cap applied- irresistible.

But personally, we like to keep a little dish with a lid for convenient access that stays on our counter for his morning and evening pill, and only pull out the bag to refill the little dish. Just use it like play-dough and mold it around the pill. We then have to pull bits out and reform the mixture.

I discovered these by complete chance and tried them and they really worked for us. I love the product but did not like the fact that the item was sent in a standard envelope and all of the contents are no longer pockets but were flat! These are prefect for our dog.

When I got them there was a handful of them clumped together (I broke apart and used those before I took this picture) but you can see there is a small clump left. I finally tried Pill Pockets and I've never had an issue with her taking her pills again!

the Hickory being her favorite! I don't think he has yet realized that there is a pill inside after a year using these. So I do recommend if you have the type of dog that will eat anything because they’re super easy to use when hiding a pill but would recommend buying a smaller pack if you’re on the fence. It doesn't smell strongly to a human, so there isn't a real odor to cause concerns if you are sensitive, but I wouldn't say they are odorless.

I was very suprised that neither of my dogs spit the tablets out, they loved these so much! Our Chi-Pap needs heart meds, and so far it's been a struggle getting them down her. success!
