Since the new defective TV was so large that it no longer fit in our car, support arranged for us to pick up the TV free of charge. He constantly switched off on its own and about 10-17 times an hour. Great for a TV. After a short friendly consultation with support, who was immediately on hand on Sunday evening at 8:00 PM, a new Android TV was immediately prepared for shipping for me, which was then there Tuesday morning.
Sorting the stations was very easy and quick, according to my understanding. Value for money is good. Support ordered a third collection, and the third one worked out.
When DHL didn't come for the second time and I had to write to support again that DHL hadn't arrived and the return was still at my home, the support still hasn't lost their friendliness. We wanted to thank support once again for that 🙏.
Installing the Android TV was really easy, just follow the steps, then you will be guided through the installation point by point. Apps download within seconds. I find it a shame that in the EPG menu, when you search for or read a program on another program, the program also switches, but not a knockout criterion.
