Contains coconut flakes Sugar, enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), eggs, water, vegetable oil (Corn, Soya Bean), non-fat dry milk, Modified starches (potato, wheat, corn), whole egg whites, salt, leavening agents (baking soda), natural texturizers (gum Arabic, xanthan gum, guar gum, sodium alginate), natural color (caramel), Potassium Sorbate (preservative). Baked in the Caribbean with only the finest ingredients, each rum cake is hand glazed with special 5-year-old, oak barrel aged Tortuga Gold Rum then vacuum sealed to lock in the delicious freshness. Thecakes have a shelf life of 12 months .

I miss it! I recall past rum cakes having a nice healthy encrusted crown of nuts! This rum cake is always magically delicious😋! I was eating so much of it that I had to stop before I had eaten it all in one sitting.

It was moist and delicious. Guess I’ll have to add some of my own but it just won’t be the same as when they’re baked righ in to the top!
