5 Stars. The coffee grounds get soaked for a longer period of time which really makes a difference in the taste, I drink multiple cups so it’s nice not having to load and reload the coffeemaker. Enjoy and share the story. I also like that the light is green and not red when it's turned on lol.

***UPDATEIt's been about 5 months of everyday use and now when I fill it to 8 cups it only brews 5 or 6 cups and the coffee ends up being too strong now. I'm kind of shocked by the bad reviews. OK, it's not a perfect world and in this case the number of cups capacity markings are barely readable but an easy fix with a Sharpe marker writing the cups number and drawing a line for level indication does the job.

I have not had any problems with the spring but I read other people did. This one pours exactly where I pour it. This model makes 12 cups and offers the pause feature if you’re in a hurry for that first cup.
