This is another fantastic practical book from Emma, I love how it’s literally split into hurt section, healing section and healed section. The rewards are marvellous though. I had already read the Positively Wealthy book and thoroughly enjoyed it.

It’s been a really enjoyable and fascinating read with lots of great insight, followed by homework tasks that allowed me to think more about it and go deeper. This is one of the best books I have ever read. We have just finished this in the Book club I’m in we done it over a month and it’s been so good. I’ve only been to one workshop for the launch of this book but intend to join her circle next week.

🤩 Her other books, podcasts, YouTube and workshops are wonderful. Although Emma is young enough to be my daughter, I love her wisdom.

But never found one that helps with the limiting belief snd inner blocks. You need to be really “ready” to go through this book. The day the photo was taken was a particularly chaotic day mentally but I took the book to my safe place and was still reading it well after it got dark ☺️ It is supposed to be done at a slow and steady pace but I couldn’t leave it. It will surface emotions that maybe you are not ready to deal with.

I know from this I’ve taken a massive step forward with my understanding and I’m excited to be able to unlock more as I go forward Such a gifted young lady! Having had lots of therapy and doing therapeutic courses as a Practitioner, I still always find a comfort from books.

Beautifully written like a friend is sat with you. I’m now going through it slowly, the way we’re advised to and am loving all the new things coming up. So many light bulb moments which is definitely down to Emma and how she has written this book and explains things. So grateful to Emma and highly recommend hurt, healing, healed!

This book is different - it gives easy to follow steps to really identify and heal inner blocks. I’m still working through it but honestly it’s one of the best spiritual self help books out there.
