I wish he included some more of his creative side dish recipes but the selection in the book is definitely some of the best ones he’s made. I’ve been following Guga for a very long time so this was an absolute must have! The book is extremely professional and beautifully done.

Absolute must have for anyone looking to make some delicious creative recipes Guga explains all the methods, different BBQ’s, tools, cuts of meat, where they come from, and there’s a recipe for every single cut! The amount of information in this book goes beyond recipes.
