So I found the solution on Amazon. Awesome. I did not want to deprive myself of the Ethernet cable by replacing it with one for the electrical network and the length did not recommend wiring directly with a USB one.

Worked on both straight away no messing around. !
In addition, the split also has an Ethernet output to be able to connect any non-POE camera. Highly recommended! Very easy: a split that used the 48 Volt of the POE power supply to make 5V available on a classic USB female connector!
Got 2 of these and swapped out the plugs for the Phillips Hue Hub v2 and the Hive Hub. I replaced my now ten-year-old POE camera with a more modern and efficient one, but unfortunately powered by USB.
