there's a few variations of fidget pens on amazon but I loved that this one is metallic so it has the more grown up appearance. those would make this pen completely fidget perfection x I have 1 of the small magnets on the pen body, 2 on the little spin disk (which has really helped stop me clicking) and then the last small one on the top just to ease my ocd on styling . it hangs off my lanyard perfectly like this .

I am not autistic but I am waiting on an adhd diagnosis. I also use the lil loop to attach a keyring holder to it . the 2 bigger magnets I put at either end of the stretchy extra an roll it around my finger on the other hand. .

I have been far more focused on the meetings since. I love that you can customise this pen to you personally . I normally put pens in my hair or behind my ears but this one is too big for that but I can still keep it in easy reach :)Only things to improve ~ longer lasting ink refills & a magnetic lid . I absolutely love this pen .

I have used it in meeting, conferences and video calls.
