I've worn heat holders before, they last for a few months same as all other thermal socks and are good quality, keep you warm and feel lovely. Hopefully they'll loosen a bit after a few washes. I bought these instead of the usual shorter ones to try to stay a little warmer further up the leg, but unfortunately they don't reach anywhere near the knee like the description states (see photo), and they are uncomfortably tight around the calf (I'm a 6ft tall average build man, not over/under weight). Other than those two slight disappointments, a great product as always!
